What defines Iron Heart's 'extra heavy denim'?
Our signature denim typically ranges from 21oz to 25oz. Unlike standard denim, it is woven with long-staple cotton to ensure it remains surprisingly soft and breathable while offering extreme durability.
How do I choose the correct size for my jeans?
We provide detailed measurement charts for every garment. We recommend measuring a pair of jeans you already own that fits well and comparing those dimensions to our size guides.
Do you offer hemming services?
Yes, we offer professional chain-stitch hemming on Union Special machines for all our denim. Please note that hemmed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
What are your shipping rates within the EU?
We offer reliable shipping across Germany and the European Union via DHL. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of receipt. All original tags must be attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Will my denim shrink after the first wash?
Most of our denim is sanforized (pre-shrunk), meaning shrinkage is minimal (around 1-3%). However, our 'Shrink-to-Fit' or 'Unsanforized' models will shrink significantly, so please read the product description carefully.
